AVDI welcomes any feedback and uses this as a source of improving the service we offer. It is our policy to acknowledge and respond to all customer feedback in a rapid, reliable and responsive manner. If you believe we are not living up to this, please contact us at info@avdi.co.za

All e-mails to the above e-mail address should receive an immediate notification of receipt. We then investigate and respond within 48 hours.

Escalate to management _
If you have not received a response with the given time frame, or you are not happy with the response received, you may escalate the matter with our owner Francois du Plessis at francois@avdi.co.za
